The ‘Climb’ singer posted the snap of herself with her sister Noah, her Mum Tish and also the bride-to-be Jen Talarico.

Cyrus, 18, wore a flowery Hula garland while the bride-to-be wore a veil making sure she stood out next to the singer-actress.

She wrote: “Bridal shower with @tishcyrus @noah and @Jtalarico a.k.a Mrs. @RyanCNovak”

In a recent interview the bride-to-be, who is one of Cyrus’ backup dancers, confirmed that she would be a bridesmaid. “She is like a sister to me. I’ve watched her grow the past years and I’m so proud of the person she has become,” she said.

Cody Simpson and Miley Cyrus are using their spotlight to stop the bullying in the community. Coming together for Defeat the Label their fans are asked to refrain from calling people names in person and online.

Cody Simpson is serious about the name calling and he is sharing with the fans. In the Defeat the Label campaign on Thursday, the entertainer gave away thousands of tickets at the Somerset Mall in Troy, Michigan, kicking off the initiative. Letting young adults know that labeling people in a negative way is hurtful, he rallied his fans together and talked to them at a mini-concert in the area.

Another big name celebrity that has signed on to the project is Miley Cyrus. An outspoken artist who has seen her share of names being hurled at her over the course of her short career, she wants others to stop it as well. Most of the concerns stem from very hateful Facebook and Twitter posts that have negative consequences. Targeting particular people, the bullying with words has seen dire conditions including suicide.

Reminding everyone to stop labeling people, Cody Simpson has become the face of the campaign. The younger fans are listening to his message and they definitely will support his cause, especially if a free ticket is part of the reward.

Earlier this year, Miley Cyrus traveled to Haiti help Starkey Hearing Foundation deliver much-needed supplies to deaf children, and now she’s doing it all over again.

On July 24, the former ‘Hannah Montana’ star performed at Starkey Hearing Foundation’s 11th annual So the World May Hear Gala in St. Paul, Minn., singing hits like ‘Who Owns My Heart’ and ‘The Climb.’ She tweeted, “@starkeyhearing is such an awesome event! Having so much fun! I can’t wait to perform! Marley Matlin is my new #hero.”

The event raised $7.2 million this weekend, thanks in part to the singer/actress’ winning bid for another trip to Haiti, where she’ll continue her charitable work with the organization. “Going back to Haiti ,” Miley wrote. “Just bid at the @starkeyhearing gala and it’s confirmed! I am so excited! Bringing all my friends this time. #blessed.”

In a Starkey Hearing Foundation press release, Miley took the time to remind fans about hearing safety. “As an artist, I want to make sure fans are able to experience the magic of music as it was intended,” she said. “By just lowering the volume and using the right protection for your ears, hearing loss can be prevented, which means never losing the ability to enjoy the sound of a guitar, a beautiful lyric or a favorite song.” Way to go, Miley!
